2010 is the Year of the Tiger and this year I am so excited to be working on & launching a whole new portfolio of trips as a result of setting up Mountain High Asia in Hong Kong to compliment our Middle East office In Dubai ! Please bear with me till mid March when I will have all our Asia trips/ retreats and workshop series in place ! Thailand , Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Mongolia, Japan and Malaysia await you ! These trips will run from May onwards so watch this space !

NEHRU TROPHY BOAT RACE – KERALA 8-15TH AUGUST 2010

9 Wild women wanted to race 750mtres a saree, paddling a traditional snake boat on Lake Punamada, Alleppy Kerela !
This will be Mountain High’s 5th participation in this event ! we join forces with a local ladies team, train with them in Kerala prior to the race day on Saturday 14th August.
Open to a water confident experienced paddlers !

APHRODITE’S CHALLENGE – CYPRUS 23-28TH SEPTEMBER 2010

Action packed multi-activity challenge on the Island of Aphrodite for women who CARE and women who DARE !
